I love playing with all things glass! Cut a bunch of different size pieces of green glass, stacked and glued them, then added a red star and a white dove

Female Cardinal, 4″×4″, pastel on Canson paper.  I grew up in Michigan so I have a very big soft spot in my heart for cardinals. These little pieces are my morning’s ‘mediation’. I truly get lost in the work. Though I do recommend, for you artists out there, to include listening to Leslie Saeta’s pod casts http://www.blogtalkradio.com/artistshelpinartists while ‘meditating’. I really enjoy her programming and learn so much!
